EMMA HANIS
Chief Planner and Designer
Emma Hanis is a Seattle-based event planner and designer with a passion for creating weddings and events that are both timeless and modern. With over five years of experience in the industry, Emma has planned weddings and events of all sizes, from intimate elopements to grand-scale corporate celebrations. Her love of natural and ethereal elements paired with modern sophistication is evident in every project she takes on, and her commitment to helping couples start their marriages off on the right foot by allowing them to focus on each other and their loved ones is unwavering. As the founder of Émerveillé Events, Emma oversees all aspects of wedding and event design, bringing her signature style and attention to detail to every project she takes on.
In her free time, Emma loves to travel and explore new cultures—a passion that was instilled in her from a young age, as she is a dual citizen of both the US and UK. She has pursued formal wine studies through the Court of Master Sommeliers, an interest that complements her appreciation for thoughtful hospitality and gathering around the table. She shares her adventures with her husband, son, and their Siberian Husky. When she's not designing and planning events, Emma can be found enjoying a glass of wine or searching for the world's best lavender latte.
BECCA LANGSTRAAT
Lead Event Coordinator
Becca is the Lead Event Coordinator for Émerveillé Events and oversees the management of our team. She is known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, which make her an invaluable asset to our team. Her warm and friendly personality and infectious laughter bring joy to every room she enters, and she has a knack for making everyone around her feel known and loved.
As a former Émerveillé bride herself, Becca knows exactly what it's like to be in the shoes of our clients. Her firsthand experience and empathy make her an even more effective coordinator, and her interpersonal skills help her to build strong and lasting relationships with our couples and clients.
When Becca isn't coordinating a wedding, you can usually find her trying out a new gluten-free recipe, curled up with a good book, or working in medical research to find a cure for skin cancer.

Wyatt is a multi-talented member of the Émerveillé Events team, serving as both an Event Coordinator and an Operations and Admin specialist. With his keen problem-solving skills and creativity, he is an invaluable asset to the team. Wyatt not only manages event coordination, but also oversees administrative tasks, and is passionate about ensuring that Émerveillé's copy and website are top-notch.
When he's not hard at work, Wyatt can be found spending time with his wife, indulging in his love for reading, and playing music.

Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team with his background in event and venue management. As an advisor for design and floor plans, and a consultant for tech logistics, Kyle's eye for detail ensures that every event is executed flawlessly.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys exploring Seattle's coffee shops and bakeries, concocting unique cocktails, and whipping up delicious meals for loved ones.

He puts client experience at the heart of everything he does, drawing on his background in sales and marketing to make everyone around him feel special. With a degree in psychology, he has amazing people skills that come in handy when coordinating events. Jose's favorite part of a wedding is when the music starts and the dancing begins.
