5. How long are you at the venue on my wedding day?

We like to be the first ones in and the last ones out. We will be there from the beginning of setup until everything is torn down at the end of the day.

We always have at least two (one lead and one assist), but may have more depending on the needs and scope of your event and wedding day.

Our Wedding Management Package is wonderful if you have your wedding planned out, and just need someone to ensure that your big day runs smoothly. YES! We are licensed through the state of Washington as an LLC and have an amazing insurance policy so that you can have peace of mind on your wedding day. Some venues will ask for all vendors to provide their licensing and insurance information, and we are happy to pass that information along.

We provide a minimum cost estimate based on the scope of your wedding or event, but if the scope increases, such as with a budget increase, we adjust our fee accordingly to reflect the change.
