Boho Mountain Elopement and Intimate Backyard Reception
Planning this boho elopement in the Washington mountains with touches unique to the couple and then following it up with an intimate backyard was such a fun experience for the Émerveillé Events team. The day first began with S and N getting ready at The Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, where they had their first look on the grand staircase. Couples portraits then followed in the gorgeous foyer.
After their first look, the bride and groom, accompanied by some of their family members and close friends, went up to Rattlesnake Lake in the Washington Cascades where they had an intimate mountain elopement. Their elopement featured a triangle arch that the groom had made with his brother that had a bohemian style floral arrangement with peonies, ranunculus, dried palm spears, and greenery. The elopement overlooked the gorgeous blue waters with Rattlesnake Ridge in the background.
Once the ceremony concluded, N and S took more photos at Rattlesnake and then proceeded towards Flaming Geyser State Park for more couples portraits. The afternoon concluded with N and S heading to the groom’s brother’s home, where an intimate backyard reception awaited the couple. Their tables featured vintage glassware, greenery table runners on long guest tables, beautiful blush velvet napkins, and centerpieces in gorgeous different colored vases that ran down the length of the table and featured pampas grass and roses. Their dinner and dessert menus included Ukrainian dishes as a nod to the groom’s family, which was absolutely delicious. The wedding day was absolutely beautiful and our team was thankful to be a part of it!
