Autumn Boho Ranch Wedding
In September, Emerveille Events had the opportunity to plan and coordinate the wedding of the lovely Alec and Makaila, a couple near and dear to my heart. My husband and I led a trip back in 2019 with some college students down to Portland, and when we heard that Alec and Makaila were the same enneagram number, decided that they would happen to be placed in the same car during the remainder of the trip. Our plan worked, so when we were asked to plan their wedding, we couldn't say no to seeing their relationship come full circle.
Their wedding day took place on a beautiful September summer afternoon in Leavenworth, Washington. Their boho wedding day was a beautiful day that demonstrated their love for one another is unstoppable. Between CoVid, smoke from Washington's fires, and some bees that decided to crash the ceremony, the day created some unique challenges. In the end, the entire wedding day went smoothly and Alec and Makaila had a beautiful boho ranch wedding that featured pampas grass, dried peonies (a fav), dyed cheesecloth, wheat, and a beautiful personalised tapestry of Alec's favourite movie quote that Makaila surprised him with on the wedding day.
